Our company utilizes advanced technology and equipments during the production of cold-drawn seamless steel pipes and the main euiments includ three sets of perforation units as Φ 50, Φ 80, Φ 120, 10T -150T cold-drawing machine with 14 chains, 36m and 45m continuous furnaces, etc. Our company has the capacity to produce series of oil pipes from Φ 25 to Φ 168, ship pipe, fluid pipr, boiler pipe, high-end seamless steel pipes as high pressure chemical fertilizer pipes and petroleum cracking pipes that can meet diverse needs of the customers. The annul designed production capacity is 250 thousand tons.

Our company boasts of strong technical forces, including a group of experienced experts, engineers and technical personnel in the field of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe. It possesses leading production technology in the field, equipped with ultrasonic testing, eddy crrent test, hydraulicc press and other testing equipments. The testing of the company has direct-reading spectrometer, tensile machine, impact testing machines and other high-precision testing equipments. It has successively achieved special equipment manufacturing license, pressure and piping component manufacturing license from related administration in China, ISO9001: 2008 international quality system certification, logo-using certification authorized by the American Petroleum Intitute API(5L, 5CT), certificate of acknowledgement issued bu China Classification Society(CCS), ABS of U. S., KR of South Korea, and BV of France.

The company can carry out production according to API SPEC Q1, ISO9001: 2008, American standard, Janpanese standard, DIN, GB and other standards for oil pipe casing and general production, also can design, manufacture and process steel pipes according to the special requirements from the customers. Over the years, during the sampling inspection carried out by national Quality Insepection Administration Bureau of China, all he products of our company are qualified. And in January 2009, our company became qualified suppliers of Sinopac, Petro China offshore Oil.
